Invoice Terms and Conditions for motor vehicles.

1. Vehicle Sold "As Is":

The vehicle described in this invoice is sold "As Is," without any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, and accepts the vehicle in its current condition.

2. No Warranty:

The Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the vehicle, its mechanical state, or its compliance with any local, state, or federal laws, regulations, or standards. The Buyer is responsible for any necessary repairs or adjustments to the vehicle post-purchase.
 

3. Buyer Acknowledgment:

 

By signing an invoice, the Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the vehicle and are satisfied with its condition. The Buyer further understands that the vehicle is being sold without any warranty or guarantee, and assumes all risk associated with its purchase, including future repairs or maintenance.

4. Payment Terms:

 

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. No vehicle will be transferred to the Buyer until payment has been received in full and cleared.

5. Title and Transfer of Ownership:

 

Upon full payment, the Seller will transfer the title and any necessary documents to the Buyer, allowing for the legal transfer of ownership. The Buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their name and paying any applicable fees or taxes related to registration.

6. No Returns or Refunds:

 

All sales are final. Once the vehicle is sold and payment is made, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

7. Governing Law:

 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pendleton County, in the state of Kentucky.
